The Lofted Barn makes adding some extra toy/tool space a walk in the park. Add a work bench or a some three-tier shelves for minimal cost and that work shed that you have need can be yours at an affordable price.

Upgrades include 3'x3' windows, premium 3/4" flooring, shelves or work bench, more loft space, metal siding or heightened walls.
